Moussa Wague enjoyed a great debut in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations. He started and played the full 90 minutes in Senegal's 2-0 win over Tanzania, the first match in group C. Baldé and Diatta scored the goals.
It should be remembered that Wague already played all three group games at the last World Cup in Russia with the Senegalese team, whilst this past season he played 20 games for Barça B, scoring twice, and also debuted with the first team in the league, where he played a total of three games.
